Cancellation Policy

At Karvv Ayurveda, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation terms carefully.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests must be raised within this timeframe for successful processing.

2. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

To cancel your order, please contact us with:

3. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

• Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

4. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is successfully processed:

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to:
• Original payment method, or
• Bank account (if applicable)

5. PREPAID & COD ORDERS

Prepaid Orders
•    Eligible for cancellation within the allowed timeframe 
•    Full refund will be processed upon successful cancellation 

Cash on Delivery (COD)
•    Cancellation must be done within the allowed time 
•    Repeated cancellations may result in restriction of COD services

6. COMPANY RIGHTS

Karvv Ayurveda reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Inform the customer and process a full refund in such cases

7. FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSAL TO ACCEPT

If a customer:

• Refuses to accept the order, or
• Fails to receive the delivery

The order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO), and:

• Refund may be processed after deducting shipping charges

COD option may be restricted for future orders
