Return & Refund Policy

At Karvv Ayurveda, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

1. NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
This policy is in place due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products.

2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

We offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

✔ Damaged Product
• Product received is physically damaged during transit

✔ Incorrect Product
• Wrong item delivered

3. REPORTING A CLAIM

To initiate a request:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:

Order ID
Clear images or video of the product
Description of the issue

4. VERIFICATION PROCESS

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will proceed with:

Replacement, or
Refund (as applicable)

5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost
Delivery timelines for replacement may vary

6. REFUND POLICY

If a refund is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to:

Original payment method, or
Bank account (if required)

7. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or replacements will NOT be applicable in the following situations:

Product used or opened
Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delivery failure due to customer unavailability

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

After Shipment
• Cancellation is not allowed once the order is dispatched

9. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery

We may:

Re-ship the order (shipping charges applicable), or
Process refund after deducting shipping costs
