Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- You can track your order using the link provided.
5. DELIVERY PARTNERS
We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your products.
6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
- Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in order cancellation.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

- Government restrictions
- Logistics or courier issues
Karvv Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.
9. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
In case an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
We may:
- Re-dispatch the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Process a refund after deducting shipping costs
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- If applicable, shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes will be borne by the customer.
